We do not offer refunds on any products once purchased.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Upon cancellation, you will receive store credit for the paid amount, which can be used for future purchases.
  • No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours.

 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

  • Since we maintain a limited inventory and may not always have all sizes available, exchanges may not always be possible.
  • In such cases, store credit will be issued for the amount paid, which you can use on your next purchase.

 

QUALITY & DAMAGE CLAIMS

  • Every piece undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipping.
  • In case of any damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with proper unboxing proof (video and images).
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged by you.
  • Final decisions regarding returns, exchanges, or store credit will be made by us, and you agree not to dispute these decisions.
