Why We’re Called "The Black Sheep"
We often get asked why we chose the name "The Black Sheep". Is it about being the wild one? The rule-breaker? The rebel? Or is it a badge of honor?
Truth is that the name has nothing to do with being the cool or the edgy one in a “social” set up. It has everything to do with how it feels to be the different one in the “family” context.
It’s about the quiet, complicated feeling of being different within your family. It’s loving them deeply, but still feeling like you don’t quite fit in. You think differently, express differently, choose differently. You're often misunderstood, either too much or not enough.
